About the Role
URUK Engineering Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join its Industrial Automation Solutions Department in Baghdad, covering the Midland region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical sales support for industrial automation and field instrumentation solutions. The role requires a proactive individual who is committed to delivering customer value while contributing to the company's growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering consultants, end users, EPC contractors, and system integrators.
- Develop and manage key customer accounts through regular communication and customer visits.
- Identify new market opportunities and generate new business within target industries.
- Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Promote the company's industrial automation and instrumentation solutions.
- Implement Effective Sales Strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering consultants, end users, EPC contractors, and system integrators.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Control Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or a related industrial automation role.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good understanding of industrial process-related products, especially Field Instrumentation (Flow, Level, Temperature, Pressure, Vibration Meters.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- ability to travel within the Midland region for customer visits.
