About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support for Managed Print Services (MPS) and Production Printing solutions. The successful candidate will handle complex repairs, perform preventive maintenance, install production printing equipment, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair MFPs, copiers, scanners, wide-format, and production printing devices.
- Perform preventive maintenance and resolve complex technical issues.
- Handle escalated service requests and meet SLA targets.
- Configure device security and monitoring platforms.
- Train customers on equipment operation and best practices.
- Complete service reports and manage spare parts inventory.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical training.
Must Have
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of field service experience in printing/copier technology.
- Strong troubleshooting, networking, and customer service skills.
- Vendor certification (Ricoh or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Arabic required; English preferred.
