Direct Sales Executive

Main Responsibilities & Duties

1. New Client Acquisition

  • Identify and approach potential clients through market research.
  • Initiate contact via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to generate leads.

2. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations

  • Present Odoo ERP solutions, emphasizing key features and business value.
  • Conduct live product demonstrations and address client inquiries effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and pitches.

3. Sales Negotiation & Deal Closing

  • Handle pricing discussions and contract negotiations.
  • Overcome objections to reach win-win agreements.
  • Close deals and meet/exceed assigned sales targets.

4. Sales Reporting & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities using a CRM system.
  • Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

5. Relationship Building

  • Develop long-term relationships and build trust with clients.
  • Understand client needs to propose tailored Odoo solutions that help grow their business.

6. Sales Cycle Ownership

  • Lead and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

7. Networking & Events

  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and trade shows to expand your professional

network and promote the Odoo brand.

8. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business growth goals.


Requirements – Skills and Competencies

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Self-motivated, results-driven, and competitive.
  4. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies, tools, and systems.
  6. Proven ability to lead and manage a full sales cycle (preferred).
  7. 1–5 years of B2B sales experience (ERP or software sales is a plus).
  8. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly under pressure. 9. A genuine passion for sales and a strong drive to exceed targets.
