We are looking for a motivated Functional Analyst to join our growing ERP team and lead successful system implementations (Odoo).
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client requirements and design ERP solutions
- Configure workflows and business processes in Odoo
- Conduct user training sessions (on-site & remote)
- Provide functional support and ensure smooth system adoption
- Coordinate with technical teams to deliver projects on time
🔹 Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in ERP / Functional Analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good project management and communication skills
- Familiar with Excel / data analysis tools
- Fluent in Arabic & English
🔹 Nice to Have:
- Experience with Odoo ERP
- Knowledge in Accounting, HR, Inventory, or Sales
