We are looking for a motivated Functional Analyst to join our growing ERP team, with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Odoo Accounting implementations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client accounting requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions
- Configure Odoo Accounting workflows, including invoicing, vendor bills, payments, journals, taxes, bank reconciliation, and financial reports
- Support the setup of Chart of Accounts, fiscal positions, analytic accounting, and accounting configurations
- Conduct user training sessions for accounting and finance teams, on-site and remotely
- Provide functional support and ensure smooth adoption of Odoo Accounting
- Coordinate with technical teams to deliver customizations and integrations on time
- Assist in data migration, testing, and user acceptance for finance-related modules
🔹 Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in ERP / Functional Analysis
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and finance business processes
- Good understanding of Odoo Accounting module and related apps
- Ability to analyze financial workflows and suggest proper ERP solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Familiar with Excel and data analysis tools
- Fluent in Arabic & English
🔹 Nice to Have:
- Previous experience implementing Odoo ERP
- Knowledge in Inventory, Sales, Purchase, HR, or POS integration with Accounting
- Understanding of Iraqi accounting practices, taxes, and financial reporting
- Experience in data migration and accounting opening balances
